Reporting to – Head Operations

Project Manager is the leader of the centre and is responsible for envisioning the strategy, operationalization plan and achieving the end objectives.


Job Summary – Project Manager is expected to work internally (leading the various teams) and externally (working with the corporate organizations, corporate trainers). He / she shall also be responsible for the day to day affairs of the centre and will be involved in the capacity building of the team members and provide end to end solutions.


Key Responsibility Areas –
· Responsible to chalk out various mobilization strategies jointly with the project staffs such as conducting road shows/rallies, approaching NGOs, CSRs, Government Department, Press and Media and various other stakeholders
· Spreading the awareness on the importance of skill development & employability through street plays, etc
· Leading the Community Mobilizing activity to ramp up the awareness of the parents and maximize the participation of the candidates
· Leading the employment generation activities in the area under the centre
· Performing the Training Need Analysis with the T&D team and helping the T&D team to design the relevant modules
· Preparing the monthly, quarterly and annual reports in the relevant format to track the performance of the Centre and share it with the head- Office personnel.
· Documenting the various interventions at the centre
· Building strong relationship with the corporate organizations to attain the crucial support for training activities and creating more job opportunities.
· Owning the centre budgets, staying within the allocated funds and maintaining the necessary accounting records.


Essential Skills – Post Graduate in the field of Management/Administration/Social Work or allied areas
· 3-5 years working experience in the related area shall be preferred

Job Title – Trainer


Reporting to –  Head Office

He / she shall also be responsible for the day to day affairs of the centre and will be involved in the capacity building of the team members and provide end to end solutions.

Who you’ll be working for:

Having been in business for over 30 years with experience in the successful delivery of infrastructural projects in Ireland, specialising in the innovative execution of complex Irish Civil Engineering projects, including:

  • Road Schemes
  • Major Earthworks & Drainage Projects
  • Flood Defence & Marine works
  • Bridgeworks (including in-situ concrete, precast beams, steel girders and trusses and a range of specialist methods)

What you’ll need to have:

The Site Engineer role would suit an experienced, self-reliant, delivery orientated individual, with a relevant degree, BSc, BEng or MEng degree in Civil Engineering, 3 and 7 years’ hands on operational experience managing a range of civil engineering projects, who has excellent interpersonal and computer literacy skills.


What you’ll be doing:

Reporting to and working closley with the Site Agent/Construction Manager, driving the project through to successful completion, on time, within budget and to the highest standards as required.


Key responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for and proficient in organising, planning and delivery of civil engineering projects of varying sizes.
  • You will liaise with the Construction Manager on day-to-day project control and co-ordination of resources and the recording & measuring of works in progress
  • You will liaise with the Site Foreman in the organisation of the Workforce, the requisitioning of plant and materials items and in managing the productivity and costs of plant and equipment on site
  • You will have a detailed understanding of Health and safety requirements within Irish construction sites, and you will promote the implementation of the Safety Management System and maintaining site records in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements
  • You will be responsible for managing key elements of the project plan and scheduling and planning the weekly and daily workforce program deliverables.
  • You will be responsible for coordinating the workforce (direct and sub-contractor) and all other resources required in order to implement the execution of the project plan

What you’ll get in return

An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate, with a basic salary of €40,000 – €50,000 (Neg) + Package, depending on experience.
